Microsoft Online Service Center
The link above will show you the coverage of your Microsoft Surface Pro/Typecover, you will need to select Country/Region, Serial Number and character indicated before seeing the warranty status. You can locate the serial number on the back of the Surface Pro under the Kick Stand, and the Typecover serial number is located immediately to the right of the connector pins when the keyboard is disconnected.

Password Changes
Changing your password can be done in 2 ways- logon to a school connected computer and press CTRL+ALT+DEL and select option "Change A Password"

Printing
Windows 7+, macOS, iOS, Android and Chrome OS.
the links above will allow you to setup and submit print jobs while connected to the schools network.
You will need to login with your BSC username (DOMAIN-030\StudentID) and password, you will need your student ID card to sign in and release the print job. Select BSC-BW for black and white or BSC-CLR for colour printing
- Scanning
Scanning to your email and home directory is also now available using your ID Card.
Once logged on to the Library MFD (Photocopier) you will see an options for scanning.
